USA 1: Deer City and Salt Lake

No, its not actually called Deer City.. That's what P³ frequently confused Park City, our ski resort area, for. This first part of our US trip had the uniting of the Wangs, Ongs, Hos, Tans (AK), Tans (Uncle Christie), Lungs and the Chew-Chias (whew, did i miss out any families?)

From the start, we left Singapore at 8am in the morning, and i managed the impossible by not sleeping at all the night before, living off the energies of the Midnight Prata/CarSteal and Heroes, a new pwning series!

Cousins Abound!

After the 20+ hours of travel and sumptious airplane food (no sarcasm there), we finally arrived at Utah. Our first Brazilian grill buffet belied what was to come: The massive amounts, and the massive amounts of meat. And the Americans wonder why they're so obese..

Oh, and for the entire trip, i was obsessed with being lame (and substituting song lyrics to our actual situations), in case you haven't noticed.

After all the intensive 6 days of skiing, it was down to SaltLake City, where we had a few days of R&R.

We went to see the Mormon Church HQ, and spent Xmas in the empty desserted streets. Oh and we watched 'Pursuit of Happyness' to kill time as well :P
