SHISHA!
The HoboHorde (with CW gaining temporary membership due to his consistent lack of style) went out last Friday to celebrate the end of the A levels (for the 3rd time, and even though its not even over). We begged and pleaded outside Carl's Jr until we finally scrounged up enough money to have a delectable feast.
After which, we proceeded down to Clarke Quay where we dessert'ed our intellect and had the irresistible half-priced Italian desserts at Ricciotto. Since we definitely weren't intending on pubbing (as per CW's intentions), we took to bumming around the area looking for something novel to do.
So it came to be that we saw the many SHISHA booths. Shisha, for you ignorant and malnourished peasants out there, is essentially clean fragrant smoking! We spent $20 for 30 minutes with a Bong pipe, where they burnt a small chunk of strawberry/mint coal. One has to inhale sharply until the water bubbles, signifying the cleansing and cooling of the smoke.

Its damn cool and fun! It is akin to breathing in wispy bubble gum, or that feeling when the bubble bursts and you get the slight waft of fruity taste. And there is NO way one can get high on it la, save for the oxygen deprivation from xuuuu-ing so much.
Anyway we know its unhealthy and won't do it so often yada yada. It's per our own choice, and we are responsible enough to face the consequences of it.
Oh, and SWISSOTEL VERTICAL MARATHON with Cal on Sunday morning! I got a damn (self-)respectable time of 11:47 la! That's 73 stories in 11:47. Woot and the goodie bags were quite tight too.
My head must have swelled from the pressure buildup..
