June Hols Week #2

(31st May to 5th June)

Wednesday: The day of Pokemon impersonation! I was a Snorlax, then evolved into a Slakoth and finally a Desperate-Housewives Addict-mon. Shawne's friend managed to download legally procure the entire second season, to which he lent the remaining episodes Singapore has yet to air. The entirety of Wednesday is unproductively spent completing 8 episodes before the double season finale.

Thursday: Waking up late/Missing breakfast/Wasting money/Going to school for an utterly useless tutorial session for Periodicity which i had already completed AND marked.. Had lunch with Rilong after, whereby i ran into 2/3 of the Chen kids, who had just come from the gym! Wowo time to incorporate Ben into the folds (or lack thereof) of the gym-buff. In the afternoon, Nicole and I went dog-walking, and bought foodies for a BISCUIT-PARTY which involved us, Ben and our dogs.

Friday: OMG was out from 10am to 10pm today. Went shopping with Pam at Raffles City with the ulterior motive of introducing her to Aiwo, a health-food extravaganza/conveyor belt buffet/sexiness embodied. There was an inconvenient driving lesson in between the outings, but the drowsiness it brought to my life was overcome by the Fish&Co Novena with my other friend. She nonetheless did not appreciate the CK Jeans tee i bought with Pam :P

Saturday: GYMGYM with Ben, then met up with Nick for lunch and then swimming at J8/Bishan Sports Complex. There was also this uber random Singapore Idol travelling heartland mall roadshow, whereby we both 'won' a red SI shirt and a notebook (such prime and un-tasteless prizes!). I then joined them for dinner at 3 Babas, a place that specialises in Nonya cuisine and am now a CONVERT! They have this gross nut paste thing, a super kiam duck soup and a sweet/sour vegetable dish which rocks!

Sunday: Church and cell, which i once again am amused i went for, followed by 5 hours of towning with CW o.O. We went on a bargain-hunting spree from Lido to Lucky Plaza to Heeren to Taka before calling it quits. I bought a shirt ($17.50) and jeans ($13) from Flesh Imp and Taka respectively, while CW got 4 items of clothing for around $60 O.o. Orchard's really clearing out siah.. I then went back to Nick's and we (including Daryl and XKK) cheonged Coupling, which they had on DVD. Its a British version of Friends, except with lots more sex and raciness :)

Monday: Slept in and am now assaying the impossible task otherwise known as "Advanced Theory of Driving". Doesn't stop me from blogging though, and later Nick and I are going down to town (again x.X) to meet Fabian and possibly Jo for some random hanging around. Right now, however, its a slack lunch and DotA to calm down the holiday 'mugging' rush. ALSO im thinking of being an NUM ambassador cause i could use the extra money and it would fulfill my deep-seated desires to be metro. Wahaha.

Tuesday (which hasnt occurred yet): Tomorrow sees my gymming with Ben again, followed by my Advanced Theory Trial Test and a driving lesson. Argh, will update on this when the day actually arrives..
