Much Ado About Nut-thing
Oh. My. God. *swoooons*. I'm in LOVE! However, the captor of my heart is not some spectacular supermodel nor some gregarious girl next door, its this WEIRD CHINESE NEW YEAR NUT SNACK THINGY.
Its pure packages of gorgeousness densely compressed into this thick coin shape. Every mouthful explodes with absolute ecstacy, definitely ensnaring the consumer in its tangled web of desire. Its shimmering sandy surface draws parallels with the exquisite luxury of a Carribean beach, its shores untouched and waiting for me and only me to desecrate with my saliva, bitter in comparison.
Crunchy, yet sweet. Sinful, yet eggless. Nut-packed, yet... um nut-packed!
Pictures cannot do this delight any justice whatsoever. Hence, just say the word and i'll be bringing some to school for all! *swoooooons*
Right. Enough nutty talk. School today (as on all mondays) was slack and fun. No homework once again, and received nice comments/compliments from some chio girl O.o
Bonded quite well with another classmate, the supposedely 'tau' F-5 member Maxine (no relation to the earlier mentioned girl, but tts not saying ur not chio ;). Realised we both have rather similar tastes in music (Missy Elliott lah, at least) and that she's this very very very happy person O.o
Volleyball training was 3.5 hrs! Lasting deep into the shadowy depths of twilight (read: 7:45pm). As usual, mostly POWER-LEG© for the PT section, but then had uber pwning matches against each other (digging and setting only tho :() in groups of 4 and 5. Our team was confirm toight, tho there WAS the group Jen was in that *seemed* better (we will get you back!).
Other than that, Desperate Housewives is on later at 10pm, channel 5, my new TV obsession! Its tongue-in-cheek commentary rocks all socks off.
What is Your Favourite Acid?
1 Part conc HCL, 1 Part conc HNO3. Dissolving Gold
I looooove aqua regia! It has no relation with changi village 'denizens', i'm afraid (literally). It means 'regal water' and is the acid that can dissolve ALL metals save for silver, also named thusly because it could easily eat away at gold, the regal metal.
Acids are readily the coolest things in the world lor... I mean, with funky names, lethal characteristics, alluring chemical properties. What's YOUR favourite acid?
